Dave Schaub was raised in Thousand Oaks and grew up working in construction with his father, who was building custom homes in the 1960's. From early childhood, Dave learned the construction business from the ground up - driving backhoes and tractors, forming and finishing concrete, framing, doing finish carpentry, and ultimately supervising those trades for his father. Throughout his high school years, Dave drew plans for several homes in Lynn Ranch as well.
In 1984, he started Schaub Construction Inc. and has built over 250 custom homes and remodels in Hidden Hills, Malibu, Lake Sherwood, North Ranch, Beverly Hills, and Calabasas. His portfolio also consists of commercial projects including the recently completed Ladin Subaru Hyundai Dealership in Westlake.
Dave's expertise allows him to take a project from inception to completion, as well as collaborate with designers, architects and landscapers to give his customers a home of distinction and quality. His unsurpassed service and communication with his clientele has established him as a builder of singular quality and exceptional vision for nearly 30 years.
